At Thorney Island Primary School our priority is to develop a

builds upon individual talents. We aim to ensure that our

We aim to provide learning experiences which are rich and
enjoyable and where children are encouraged to take and manage
risks. We believe children learn best when they are fully and
actively engaged in the learning process, which means ensuring
high quality learning experiences both inside and outside the
classroom.
Everything we do as a school is to ensure that our children
achieve their potential, we are deeply aware that children only
get one chance at their primary education. We want every child

so when they leave, they are confident individuals who have a
